MISSION BAY VIEWS FOR THIS TOP FLOOR, CORNER UNIT, WEST FACING, WEST-MOST BUILDING IN THE COMMUNITY, OVERLOOKING THE POOL AND HOT TUB IN COVETED BAY HO.” WHAT WE LOVE: *Direct southwest water view of mission bay w/ a peek-a-boo view of the ocean *Private location set furthest back from the street and foot traffic *Recently epoxied countertops in both the kitchen & bath, along w/ fresh paint throughout *Modern fixtures *Top floor balcony off LR is great for a coastal breeze all day! (WHAT WE LOVE, CONT.) This location is eagerly awaiting the much anticipated, much awaited completion of the San Diego Trolley Line which will link up residents up to UCSD, down to Downtown (and beyond), east through Mission Valley and SDSU. Look forward to Sea World fireworks from your balcony all summer long! When shopping for where to live & call home in The Coastal Condo Market, once you’ve zeroed in on a specific building, it’s always about the same (3) things: (1) Value of unit’s living area/BR’s/BA’s, etc., as it pertains to price (aka “utility”). Then, (2) location within the building (i.e. is it “facing out? facing in? Is it the north-facing colder, shady side? Or the southern warmer, sunny side?) And finally, (3) which floor is it on (ex: subtle advantages of bottom, of top and in-between .. but that’s mostly preference and budget.) Regarding #1: For a 1 bedroom/1 bath, to be 663 is an ample square footprint and with the breakfast bar to the kitchen, open-concept dining / living room it feels bigger. Add parking, built-ins & a separate vanity (so one can be bathing while the other is getting ready) are nice pluses. Regarding #2: If you like south and west-facing units for TONS of natural light & coastal breezes, this location will be ideal for you! Regarding #3: This unit’s TOP FLOOR elevation is ideal, but the fact that it’s ALSO A CORNER UNIT is just sugar on top. Only share one wall and two skips and you are in the pool / hot tub is a pretty cool perk.
